Origin

Original Everywhere began as a way to document movement, creativity, motherhood, environment, and life in transition.

What started as a traveling documentary vision has evolved into the public documentation arm of The Elevated Path: a living record of embodied research, creative practice, environmental relationship and ecosystem development in real time.

Original Goddess is the emobodiment and lifestyle expression of the work.

Through sacred bathing, True Elevation, Mandala Method, voice, nourishment, sensual reclamation, and daily ritual, the practices explored through.

The Elevated Path are lived refined and shared as direct experience.

In this project, life and work are not separate.

The documentary follows the real process of living and creating in motion, navigating travel, relationships, creativity, and the challenges that emerge along the way.

Documentation becomes a record of what actually happens, not something staged for the camera.

Life and Work in Continuity

Original Everywhere was created by Shak Ita Mermitch El, an artist, movement practitioner, and documentary creator whose work explores embodiment, ritual practice, visual art, and life lived in motion.

Her practice weaves together sacred movement, intuitive mandala painting, water-based ritual work, and storytelling as ways of exploring how creativity and culture emerge through lived experience. These practices form the creative foundation of the project and the artistic language through which the journey is documented.

Through Original Everywhere, Mermitch El leads a living expedition that becomes both the subject and the process of the documentary series. As the journey unfolds across rivers, coastlines, and communities, the project documents artistic practice, cultural encounters, and the everyday realities of building a creative life while traveling across land and water.

She travels with her daughter, whose presence is part of the lived reality and unfolding story of the expedition.

Original Everywhere exists as both a creative practice and a documentary field project exploring how art, movement, and relationship evolve when life itself becomes the terrain of exploration.
