Embodied Field Recalibration

This is where we begin.

The Embodied Field Recalibration (EFR) is a presence based, intuitive session designed to bring you back into alignment with yourself, your body, your energy, and your truth.

We begin by attuning to what is present for you in the moment, from there the session unfolds naturally through the modality, or combination of modalities, that your system is calling for.

This may include:

-breath and nervous system regulation

-intuitive or guided movement (True Elevation)

-energetic recalibration

-stillness, reflection, or co-regulation

These sessions support grounding, emotional release, and a deeper reconnection to your body's natural rhythm.

You don't need to know what you need. You just need to arrive.

This session also serves as your entry point into deeper work allowing us to feel into what continued support, sessions, or modalities are most aligned for you.
