What is Alive Now?
Right now, I am interested in living.
In listening closely to what feels alive in me and allowing myself to follow it without requiring that I know what it will become.
Water is alive. Movement is alive. Art is alive. Aerial is becoming alive. Community, travel, pleasure, place, motherhood, voice, and the questions my body keeps asking are alive.
Some of these explorations will become films. Some will become art, gatherings, practices, research, or experiences I haven't named yet.
Some may become nothing more than a life deeply experienced.
I am allowing that to be enough.
This is Original Everywhere:

Each Chakra Mandala begins with experience.
I move with what is alive in my body and allow it to become color, mark, pattern, repetition, movement, and form.
I do not begin knowing what the painting will become. I stay with what is present and allow the work to reveal itself.
Each piece becomes a physical expression of something that was once only felt.

Who Are We Calling In?
I am interested in meeting people who recognize something in this work.
Artists, filmmakers, musicians, movers, makers, researchers, spaces, organizations, families, communities, and people whose lives or questions intersect with mine.
Some of us may create together.
Some may share a place, a practice, a conversation, a meal, a body of knowledge, or an experience.
Some may help make an exploration possible through access, resources, equipment, space, travel, or support.
And some of us may simply meet, recognize one another, and see what becomes alive.
I don't need to know what we are making before we meet.
